My name is Kira Donlon, and I am a permanent makeup artist, educator, and industry expert with over twenty years of experience in beauty, art, and aesthetics. I began my journey in 1998 as a professional stylist and makeup artist in the film and television industry, where I developed a deep understanding of beauty, attention to detail, and visual storytelling.

In 2002, I transitioned into permanent makeup, which felt like a natural evolution of my creative path. Since then, I have been passionately shaping clients' faces beautifully while also providing valuable tools and opportunities for aspiring professionals to advance their careers in the permanent makeup industry. I founded the Karkira PMU Studio in London, where I not only provide advanced treatments but also train the next generation of PMU artists through comprehensive, high-standard education.

With my background in fine art and art management—holding both an art school diploma and a university degree in Art Management—I bring a unique artistic vision to every treatment and training session. My work combines precision, aesthetics, and deep technical knowledge, which has earned me recognition as a speaker at prestigious global PMU conferences, victories in international championships, and the role of ambassador for leading global PMU brands in the UK.
